Sour

Sour taste is the worst taste. He said to his friend. He hated sour taste so much that he went out of his way to buy lemons and then throw them away.

His friend confronted him several times. Tried to negotiate with him about not throwing lemons away. So, he offered his friend a drink. The friend took a sip, for truce, and spit it out.

"Why would you give me vinegar?" His friend asked.

"Well, now you know how it feels? That's the worst." He said.

"I know how sourness tastes. I can almost sense it in you too."

"Take that back."

"No."

"Okay. We can no longer meet."

"Oh okay, now that's too dramatic."

"Get out."

"Oh come on... just why do you have to take extreme measures to hate it? Can't you just ignore it?"

"No. I have to be bitter about it. Because I want to."

He went on with his life.

He grew old.

He died.

His spirit was looking angrily at a piece of lemon.

His friend's spirit asked, "Are you sure you're still sour about the sour taste? Seems like your distaste for sour is because of the sourness in his soul."

"No. I like sourness now. I am sour that I can't taste it anymore."
